Terms and Conditions

We ship on Thursdays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment processing as we prefer making orders according to need as opposed to keeping a bulk supply.
We will notify you when your order has been received, fulfilled & shipped.
In an effort to get you your order as swiftly as possible, we may break up the order into multiple shipments. Please pay close attention to your email, we will communicate multiple shipping by sending out multiple confirmation/tracking emails.
When buying pre-order, expect shipment on or after the official launch date.
When buying back-order, expect a minimum of 2 weeks between the order date and the date of shipping.
